Welcome! My name is Connor Manning, founder of TrueHire Recruiting. Originally from Upstate New York, I’ve spent the last 7 years calling Charlotte, NC home. Life here is shared with my wife, Katie, our daughter, Nora, and our golden retriever, Benny.
I got my start in recruiting over six years ago in the fast-paced agency world. It was a demanding environment that pushed me to grow, shaped my approach, and introduced me to some truly incredible people. That experience taught me the importance of showing up with integrity, staying accountable, and never losing sight of the people behind every placement.
Today, I run TrueHire Recruiting with the same mindset. To me, recruiting is personal. It’s about making real connections, helping people grow, and bringing the right people together to build something great. I believe in doing things the right way. No shortcuts.
