Connor Manning
A bit more about my journey... I’ve been blessed to work in the recruiting space since 2019, gaining experience in both staffing and direct hire searches. I began my career at a nationally ranked recruiting agency, where I ran a full desk for three years before moving into a Business Development Manger role. I joined the team at a time when our HR/Admin vertical was just getting started. My focus was on developing relationships, creating processes, and helping the team grow. It was a rewarding opportunity to contribute to building a strong foundation from scratch. I’ve been very fortunate to have collaborated with many amazing companies, ranging from large corporations and publicly traded companies, to start ups and mom and pop enterprises. I’ve gained experience placing candidates across a wide range of roles spanning from Paralegals and HR Generalists, to high-level Director and C-suite Executives. Over time, this experience showed me where I could deliver the most value and make the biggest difference. While I enjoyed helping clients with their contract needs on the staffing side of the business, it didn't take long before realizing that the best long-term talent comes through direct hire. In a market full of short-term assignments and high turnover, my focus is simple: help candidates build meaningful careers and help clients make hires that actually stick. That’s why I exclusively focus my recruiting efforts on direct hire and executive-level placements. This way of working made me love teaming up with both clients and candidates even more throughout the whole process. In my opinion, there is nothing better than working both sides of the desk. Partnering with clients and candidates gives me a clear view of what really matters to each side. I hear straight from hiring managers about what they want in a teammate, and from candidates about what they’re looking for next. That insight makes sure nothing gets missed and helps me piece everything together to find the perfect fit where everyone wins. It’s the best part of what I do.

The percent ranges depends on number of openings, title, level of difficulty, and market conditions. I operate with flexibility, allowing for affordable fees and a competitive pricing model.
Contingent Service: I work on a 100% contingent basis, meaning I require ZERO upfront fees. You have the flexibility to access resumes of my top candidates at any time, completely free of charge. The only fee incurred is contingent upon your successful hiring of a candidate through my recruiting services.
